False delivery / error ordered items / Returns complaints etc.

Items ordered in error may be returned free of charge within 30 days of receipt. Respectively only the shipping costs (incl. insurance) and packaging costs are to be paid by the customer. Please contact Luigs & Neumann beforehand for a return identity number.
